RWB Construction was founded in 2019 by Rob Balmer, a qualified Quantity Surveyor with a BTech degree and years of hands-on experience managing construction projects across the Garden Route.
We specialise in residential and commercial alterations, renovations, additions, and general building work. Every project is managed end-to-end — from initial quote through to final handover.
